Terms and conditions:
1. All current delivery prices offered are based on the futures
close for the prior day
plus the basis bid shown above. All future
delivery prices must be established
using CBOT trade prices.
2. Watch for updates to this posted offer on the 1st. and 15th. of
each month.
Additional updates may occur based on company
discretion.
3. Dry corn is based on #2 Yellow corn quality and moisture
standards. (15.5% moisture,
<4% foreign matter)
4. Delivery Point is subject to confirmation by the Producer and the
Feed yard at the time
of the contract.
5. All delivery quantities are subject to company approval.
6. Two advance pricing contracts are available for Dry Corn and HMC:
a. Forward Delivery Contract.
b. Fixed Basis Contract.
7. HMC pricing is subject to the following terms:
a. HMC will be based on the futures close plus the basis bid shown
above.
